Job Description
Product Strategy and Vision:

• Define the product vision and strategy in alignment with company goals.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Develop and communicate product roadmaps that outline the product’s lifecycle and key milestones

Product Development:

• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to deliver high-quality products
• Prioritize features, manage the product backlog, and ensure that the team is working on the right tasks.
• Create detailed product requirements and specifications for development teams.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback, ensure alignment, and manage expectations.
• Present product updates and strategies to senior management and other key stakeholders.

User Experience and Customer Feedback:

• Gather and analyze user feedback to inform product improvements.
• Conduct usability testing and work with the design team to enhance user experience.
• Ensure the product meets high standards of usability and performance.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success.
• Monitor product performance and user engagement, using data to drive decision-making.
• Prepare and present reports on product performance, progress, and future plans.

Market and Competitor Analysis:

• Continuously monitor the competitive landscape and industry trends.
• Identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
• Recommend strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in theIT industry.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SaaS products or cloud-based solutions.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles and practices.
• Familiarity with data analytics and business intelligence tools.
• Certification in product management (e.g., CPM, AIPMM) is a plus.
