Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, report and follow up on maintenance and facility issues (e.g. electrical, plumbing, air conditioning).
• Perform or coordinate minor repairs, room setups and inventory tracking.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards at all locations.
• Assist hub managers with technical and facility-related tasks.
• Record and track daily facility-related expenses across all hubs
• Maintain detailed reports and logs of facility conditions and maintenance schedules using Excel and Word.

Requirements

• Minimum of an OND or HND from a recognized institution in Nigeria.
• Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, or general maintenance tasks (professional experience not required).
• Strong communication, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel between hubs.
• Must be based in Lagos.
