Technical Assistant

Key Responsibilities
Office of the CEO Performance Optimization:

  • Calendar Management (External & Internal)
  • Focus time Management
  • Access to CEO Management
  • CEO Vehicle/Driver/security schedule management
  • Performance Tracking
  • Supporting CEO in meetings and building Capacity to represent CEO at meetings
  • Coordinating Board activities, structuring and providing relevant updates to the board
  • Coordinating CEO speaking engagements( liaising with organizers, developing and structuring content , coordinating all moving parts relevant to such an event etc)

Activating Central Visibility and introducing a layer of middle management across functions reporting directly to CEO:

  • Interface with the following functions & teams to introduce structure (in how they interact with the office of the CEO)
  • TEAMS
  • Finance
  • Business/Sales
  • HR& Admin.

Areas of Interest to Office of the CEO:

  • Introducing structured Weekly meetings with CEO-: Fall out of which will include clearly defined goals for the week etc.
  • All meeting must incorporate power point presentations with relevant parties prepared to present
  • Activate Weekly Performance Tracking Metrics
  • Introduce TA lead performance check meetings to ensure Set Goals are met
  • Activate required reporting and templates used to report to CEO/BOARD and/or plug into Dashboards.

Activate /Optimize Dashboards with managed access for the relevant contributors consumers (CEO/BOARD):

  • Finance Dash boards
  • Deal books
  • Invoice and contract term, renewal trackers
  • Cash utilization trends
  • Cash flow predictions and other trends
  • Sales Operation Dashboard
  • LEADS, Engagement, opportunities & accounts
  • Pipeline
  • Stats: Conversation, sales cycle, leaderboard etc.

Strategy/Business Development:

  • New projects/Subs: Conduct R&D & /concept validation exercises on proposed Business initiatives
  • Working with CEO to develop programme to promote a 24-hour or faster response time culture where possible across all business operations.
  • Strategic hiring /recruitment support
  • Work with CEO on any other strategic task that might come up during your engagement at ANP.

Requirement

  • Interested candidates possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
