Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical and Business Development Manager located in Eti Osa. The role involves driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with clients, and creating strategic plans.
• The Technical and Business Development Manager will work on solution development, technical presentations, and providing recommendations tailored to meet client needs.
• The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of business strategies and building strong technical and market expertise. Assist in dispute, negotiation, arbitration, and litigation, as needed. 
• Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization. 
• Liason with the REAs
• Monitor staff performance and complete performance reviews. 
• Travels as needed to perform required activities (approximately 25% of the time).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are an advantage
• Technical expertise in engineering, technology solutions, and infrastructure projects
• Experience in business development, client relationship management, and strategic planning
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and transform opportunities into actionable strategies
• Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proven experience in the technology or related industries is a plus
• Proficiency in project management tools and technical documentation
