Team Lead – Network Monitoring Centre
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the NOC team to ensure 24/7/365 network monitoring and efficient operations.
- Oversee incident management, identifying root causes and coordinating resolutions.
- Develop and implement innovative tools for automated systems monitoring and incident reporting.
- Monitor network performance, trigger upgrades when thresholds are reached, and support capacity planning.
- Prepare and approve weekly/monthly link availability reports for backbone, P2P, and FTTx networks.
- Liaise with customers, Co-lo providers, and internal teams to ensure service performance and availability.
- Provide daily updates on open tickets and escalate issues promptly to relevant units.
- Deliver high-quality technical reports and ensure timely responses to customer inquiries.
Job Requirements
Educational Qualifications:
- B.Sc/B.Eng in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering. CCNA/CCNP certification is a plus.
Experience:
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in routing, switching, and GPON technology.
- Experience with wired, wireless point-to-point, and point-to-multipoint technologies is desirable.
- Strong knowledge of IP network design and iTIL v4 service management.
