Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent and Development Consultant located in Victoria Island.
• The Training and Development Consultant will be responsible for conducting training needs analysis, marketing, designing and implementing training programmes.
• He/she will leverage expertise in business development and training to drive revenue growth and client acquisition through the delivery of high-quality, customized training solutions.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Business Admin, Social Sciences, or other related fields (minimum of 2:2); professional qualifications in Human Resources are added advantage.
• 3 – 5 years of work experience. (Proven work experience as a training consultant, training coordinator, or similar role).

• Excellent people management skills and a team player skills.
