Talent Acquisition Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Forecasting & Strategy: Assess needs, implement acquisition strategies, forecast hiring, plan manpower with HODs, and manage recruitment budgets.
  • Talent Acquisition: Develop diverse sourcing strategies, oversee full-cycle hiring, build partnerships, maintain pipelines, manage agencies, enhance employer branding, attend events, and handle CV screening/interviews. 
  • Social Media Recruitment: Manage ipNX pages on LinkedIn, Twitter, and Glassdoor; create content and strategies to boost brand engagement. 
  • Stakeholder Experience: Improve recruitment platforms (portal & HR HIVE), ensure high standards for all stakeholders, and refine processes for better experiences. 
  • Data Analytics & Reporting: Analyze metrics, generate reports/dashboards, and conduct surveys for insights. 
  • Portal Management: Update vacancies, track candidates on HR HIVE, monitor requisitions, and launch campaigns. 

Your Expected Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: B.Sc/HND in HR, Social Sciences, Arts/Humanities, or related (2.2/Upper Credit min). 
  • Experience: 4-6 years in talent acquisition, full-cycle recruitment, and employer branding; knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law. 
  • Key Competencies: Expertise in sourcing/social media recruitment, data analytics, team management; excellent communication, analytical thinking, customer focus, tech-savvy, resilience, innovation, and self-development. Senior traits: Accountability, talent development, engagement, vision, and decision quality.
