Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team in Sagamu.
  • The ideal candidate must have a strong FMCG background and hands-on experience in supply chain operations.
  • This role will ensure smooth coordination of supply, logistics, inventory management, and overall supply chain efficiency to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end supply chain activities, including planning, warehousing, and distribution.
  • Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and ensure stock availability across locations.
  • Liaise with suppliers, transporters, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Track and manage inbound and outbound logistics to reduce delays and optimize efficiency.
  • Prepare and analyze supply chain reports, including stock status, goods in transit, and consumption patterns.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
  • Identify gaps, propose improvements, and support process optimization initiatives.
  • Work closely with finance and sales teams to reconcile stock, resolve variances, and update documentation.
  • Manage and document all supply chain transactions using ERP or related software tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years’ experience in supply chain roles within the FMCG industry (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management, logistics coordination, and warehouse operations.
  • Practical experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Odoo, Oracle, Navision).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
