Job Summary
- We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Store Keeper / Inventory Officer to manage and maintain inventory levels, ensure accurate record-keeping, and oversee store operations.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of inventory control systems, stock reconciliation, and logistics processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and properly store goods and materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using manual or digital systems.
- Conduct regular stock taking and reconcile discrepancies.
- Monitor stock levels and alert management of shortages or excesses.
- Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and safety of the store.
- Issue materials based on requisitions and maintain issuance records.
- Coordinate with procurement, admin, and other departments.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND / HND / BSc Degree in Business Admin, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 2 – 8 years proven experience as a store keeper or inventory officer.
- Knowledge of inventory software (e.g., Excel, SAP, QuickBooks).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
