Job Description
- Petcare Animal Hospital is seeking a passionate, experienced, and organized graduate to serve as our Store Officer.
- The ideal candidate will manage inventory, ensure accurate stock records, and support smooth daily operations within the hospital’s store unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, store, and issue items in line with hospital standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock records.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or overstock situations.
- Conduct regular stock-taking and inventory audits.
- Ensure proper labeling, arrangement, and storage of all items.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
- Work closely with procurement and accounts departments.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store area.
- Ensure all items are properly documented before use or issuance.
Qualifications
- OND, HND qualification, or B.Sc Degree in any relevant field.
- Must be experienced in storekeeping or inventory management.
- Passionate, hardworking, and reliable.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills, especially for inventory software or Excel.
- Preferred: Candidates who live in or around Ikeja.
