Storekeeper

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments for quality and accuracy.
  • Organize and stored items in a clean and accessible manner.
  • Assist in conducting regular stock audits and inventory checks.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to order necessary stock.
  • Implement and adhere to safety and hygiene standards for storage facilities.
  • Prepare items for distribution to various departments when needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Store Keeper or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software and tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification is a plus.
