What to expect:

  • Receive, inspect, and store all incoming materials and equipment.
  • Maintain updated inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
  • Monitor stock levels and initiate reorders to prevent stockouts.
  • Issue supplies as needed, ensuring accurate documentation and control.
  • Collaborate with procurement, finance, and technical teams to align inventory with operational needs.

Essential education, experience and skills:

  • HND/BSc in Store Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a store or inventory-related role, preferably in diagnostics.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
