REQUIREMENTS
- HND/BSc in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years experience in storekeeping, inventory control, warehouse operations, or a similar role—preferably within the hospitality sector.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage stock levels across multiple service points or facilities.
- Good knowledge of inventory management systems, stock reconciliation, and basic reporting.
- Must be detail-oriented, accountable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive, inspect, and record all incoming materials, supplies, groceries, linens, and hospitality-related items.
- Maintain accurate stock records, issue items to relevant departments, and update inventory logs promptly.
- Conduct routine stock counts, reconciliations, and prepare variance reports.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and arrangement of items for safety, accessibility, and quality preservation.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs to management.
- Implement effective inventory control procedures to prevent wastage, spoilage, and pilferage.
- Prepare periodic inventory reports showing stock levels, movements, and usage trends.
- Coordinate with vendors, procurement teams, and operations to ensure timely delivery of stock.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready store environment.
- Support operational teams in meeting daily supply needs efficiently.
