Role Description

• Lead the design, installation, and maintenance of boiler systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety regulations.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of existing boiler systems and recommend enhancements or replacements to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement boiler operation procedures, maintenance schedules, and safety protocols.
• Perform detailed thermal and fluid dynamics calculations to optimize boiler performance and energy consumption.
• Act as a mentor to junior engineers, guiding technical challenges and professional development.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and technologies to inform strategic decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Power Generation, Steam, and Power Systems expertise
• Knowledge of Wind Energy systems
• Electrical Engineering skills
• Experience in designing, installing, and maintaining industrial power systems
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
