Role Description
- This is a full-time hybrid role for a Startup Growth Hacker @ iKooK.
- The Growth Hacker will be responsible for conducting web analytics, optimizing conversions, developing marketing strategies, and implementing growth hacking techniques.
- The role is located in Lagos State, Nigeria, but some work from home is acceptable.
Qualifications
- Growth Hacking and Marketing Strategy skills
- Experience in Web Analytics and Conversion Optimization
- Demonstrated success in Marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
What You’ll Do
- Build and optimize acquisition funnels (paid + organic)
- Launch retention experiments and referral systems
- Craft go-to-market strategies for features and new regions
- Own performance metrics (CAC, LTV, activation rates, etc.)
- Roll up your sleeves and post, write, tweak, and test
