Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Sports Manager to lead and develop our school’s sports programs.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sports facilities, teams, and programs, promoting physical education, and fostering a culture of excellence in sports.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage school sports teams and programs
• Oversee sports facilities and equipment
• Develop and implement sports strategies and plans
• Collaborate with coaches and teachers to promote physical education
• Organize sports events and competitions
• Foster partnerships with sports organizations and communities
• Regularly organize sports competitions (intra-school and inter-school)
• Identify exceptional students for international competitions
• Prepare the football team for international competitions.

Requirements

• Degree in Sports Management, Physical Education, or related field
• Relevant experience in sports management or coaching
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work with students, staff, and external partners.
