Position Summary:

• We are looking for skilled Solar Installerswho will be responsible for the design, installation, maintenance, and optimization of solar power systems for commercial and residential applications. The ideal candidates will bring technical expertise and a passion for clean energy to help us drive Nigeria’s renewable energy future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop solar energy systems (on-grid and off-grid)
• Conduct site assessments and prepare technical reports
• Oversee installation and commissioning of solar power systems
• Monitor system performance and conduct troubleshooting
• Provide technical support and training to clients and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in solar PV systems and installation.
• Solid understanding of electrical systems and safety practices.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and work at different branch locations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in solar PV system design or installation (e.g., NABCEP, SEI).
• Experience working in the Nigerian electrical or solar sector.
