Job Summary
- Our client is seeking a reliable and professional Social Media coordinator & administrator to join her dynamic team to increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth while supporting overall marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn).
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions professionally.
- Maintain and manage a content calendar aligned with organizational goals.
- Ensure brand voice, tone, and visual consistency across all platforms.
- Track social media performance and stay updated with trends and platform changes.
- Managing online, in-person, and phone bookings
- Processing payment transactions
- Providing printing services
- Maintaining records of daily visitors
- Managing office internet/network systems.
Requirements
- Must reside within a reasonable distance of Ketu / Shangisha, Lagos.
- Must be tech savvy and proficient in the use of all social media platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong knowledge of Windows based systems.
- Minimum qualification of OND, HND, BSC, or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
