Responsibilities

• Perform electrical troubleshooting, repairs, and installations.
• Conduct plumbing repairs and routine facility maintenance.
• Operate and maintain generators and power backup systems.
• Inspect facility daily and respond quickly to faults.
• Ensure safety compliance and maintain maintenance records.
• Coordinate with external vendors for major repairs.
• Handle minor plumbing issues and escalate major issues.
