Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Representative, located in Lagos(gbagada).
• The Site Representative will be responsible for overseeing property sites, ensuring compliance with company standards, coordinating with the MD and contractors, managing on-site activities, and providing real-time updates to the management team.
• Additional responsibilities include ensuring site safety, and maintaining site records and reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate property management, including overseeing property sites and coordinating on-site activities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, contractors, and team members
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in real estate
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Previous experience in a similar role in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or related field
