Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Manager at TANIT Medical Engineering Limited.
• The position is based in the east and south east region and entails overseeing on-ground projects, ensuring compliance with project plans and timelines.
• Responsibilities include managing on-site operations, coordinating with contractors and team members, maintaining safety standards, and monitoring project progress.
• The Site Manager will also ensure smooth communication between project stakeholders and provide regular updates to senior management.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills, including experience in overseeing site operations and managing timelines
• Knowledge of construction practices and safety standards
• Effective communication and leadership abilities to coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address on-site challenges
• Proficiency in reporting and documentation to provide updates to management
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in the finishing works or healthcare infrastructure is highly desirable
• Ability to work on-site on a full-time basis
