Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to all walk-in customers
• Help customers find the products they need and offer alternatives if necessary
• Share product knowledge and upsell when possible
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
• Keep shelves well-arranged and restock as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the store
• Record sales, customer requests, and feedback
• Support the store manager and work as part of a team
• Assist in inventory checks and expiry monitoring

Requirements, Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of SSCE/WAEC;
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience is a plus
• Must live close to Ring Road or be able to get to work daily without delay
• Good communication skills in English and Yoruba
• Honest, polite, and neat in appearance
• Willing to learn and follow company policies
• You have at least 0-2 years of work experience
