What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and manage daily operations of a retail branch, ensuring sales growth, profitability, and exceptional customer experiences.
- Drive retail, B2B, and channel distribution sales across your assigned region.
- Supervise, train, and mentor a dynamic team to achieve peak performance.
- Execute branch-level promotions, activations, and product launches in alignment with HQ strategies.
- Build strong relationships with customers, dealers, and corporate partners.
- Maintain strong operational excellence with focus on inventory, KPIs, and store profitability.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Electronics Retail, B2B Sales, or Channel Distribution (Consumer Electronics / Home Appliances preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree required; BBA/MBA is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and prior ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in branch management, sales conversion, and customer engagement.
- Goal-driven, ethical, organized, and performance-focused professional.
- Open to travel for business and branch activities.
