Senior Research Executive
Role Description
- Responsible for the design, execution and delivery of research projects (both ad-hoc and tracking) from taking a brief to presenting results. In collaboration with research managers and directors, the incumbent will build existing business and client relationships and contribute to the development of junior team members.

Financial Management And Business Acumen
- Monitor project costs and complete projects within budget
Client Development and Management
- Display the ability to manage client relationships and understand the client’s business and market
People Development & Management
- Provide support to the rest of the team in terms of checking, monitoring, mentoring and motivating
- Support a learning culture through the development of junior team members
Research Skills (Proposal, Design, Costing, Sampling, Project Management, Analysis)
- Provide sound research recommendations, apply appropriate research methodology and recommend appropriate Kantar tools
- Able to write proposals, design questionnaires, sample designs and tab specs.
- Manage and evaluate project progress from inception through to conclusion
Communication
- Responsible for the preparation and writing of clear and accurate reports, presentations and proposals
- Liaise with clients on project-related matters
Leadership
- Proactively resolves problems and maintains a very strong focus on efficiency and speed of delivery in all project processes/interactions
- Proactively responsible for own learning and development, promote team spirit and maintain personal well-being and balance
Role Requirements
- Completed tertiary education – degree in Marketing, research or another related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience in a research agency, client company or management/marketing consultancy
- Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
- Ability to use analytical software, e.g. SPSS, RFS, will be an advantage
