Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives, including scoping, planning, implementation, and post-execution reviews.
• Define project charters, critical milestones, and success metrics in alignment with enterprise goals.
• Translate corporate and expansion strategy into actionable project roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with business units and senior leaders to ensure project objectives reflect both strategic intent and operational realities.
• Continuously evaluate project outcomes against strategic KPIs, adjusting execution paths to maximize business impact.
• Engage with executives, department leads, and external partners to build buy-in, foster accountability, and ensure transparent communication throughout project life cycles.
• Monitor risks, interdependencies, and resource constraints to ensure project delivery remains on track.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or related field.
• 8+ years of project management experience, with a strong track record of delivering strategic or transformation projects.
• Proven business acumen, with the ability to analyze commercial challenges, identify opportunities, and translate them into practical initiatives.
• Experience working in or alongside consulting firms (Big 4, strategy firms) is a strong advantage.
• Experience managing or supporting M&A-related projects is an added advantage.
• Project Management Certification (PMP, Prince 2 or other relevant certifications) is mandatory.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Comfortable working across multiple geographies, time zones, and business functions
