Senior Manager, Technical Sales Oil & Gas
The desired candidate will:
- Take the lead in providing overall vision, strategy, tactics and goals for the division.
- Develop an annual sales strategy and business plan to drive divisional growth.
- Show adequate knowledge of key decision makers in the industry.
- Develop and manage annual divisional budgets.
- Hire and participate in the training of the sales force.
- Ensure the sales force is motivated and focused on target delivery.
- Lead market research and competitive analysis in order to identify threats & opportunities and develop the required immediate response.
- Propose complementary strategies across Group divisions to strengthen the company’s market share position.
- Act in the best interest of the company at all times and ensure the company’s brand equity is not eroded.
- Evaluate the performance and productivity of the sales force.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
- Advanced Degree and relevant Certifications.
- Minimum of 15 years experience in sales/business development focused roles with demonstrable achievements.
- Excellent communication, presentation and collaboration skills.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Proven ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
