Responsibilities
- Meet and surpass all board set organizational goals and targets
- Drive efficiency in overall administration and operations
- Oversee all company operationsensuring quality execution as planned by the board
- Evaluate performance management processes of the company to ensure compliance and efficiency
- Monitor repairs, rehabilitation of all equipment ensuring constant functionality
- Work with vendors to ensure timely and quality completion of projects
- Enforce health and safety precautions

Qualifications
- Preferably an Accounting or Business Management background graduate but with robust practical experience inbusinessmanagement
- Minimum of 15years practical work experience 10 of which must be at a senior management level.
