Job Summary
- As the Senior Human Resources Officer, you will play a critical role in managing and overseeing the HR functions of the company.
- You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- This role requires a proactive and experienced HR professional with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of HR best practices in the FMCG industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the right talent is hired.
- Oversee employee relations, including handling grievances, disputes, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Coordinate and manage performance appraisal systems and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work environment.
- Provide guidance and support to line managers on HR-related matters.
- Manage training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitiveness in the market.
- Prepare HR reports and provide insights to senior management on HR metrics.
- Lead and manage the HR team, providing mentorship and development opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HR role within the FMCG sector.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in managing employee relations and handling complex HR issues.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) is an advantage.
