Senior Business Development Manager
Salary: N600,000 Net Monthly + 1% commission on every sale.
Your Role:
You will be the engine of our new client acquisition, responsible for generating leads, building a robust pipeline, and closing deals that directly contribute to our company\’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Full-Cycle Sales Management: Own the entire sales process—from initial contact and needs analysis to presenting solutions, negotiating terms, and closing the deal.
- Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and partners within the real estate industry.
We\’re Looking For Someone With:
- A solid 3-5 years of experience in a sales or business development role within the real estate sector.
- A documented track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Deep understanding of real estate principles, terminology, and deal structures.
- A proactive, person with a high level of resilience and initiative.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
