Senior Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic negotiations and close high-value deals.
- Achievement of team and individual revenue/sales targets
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Proactive identification of new business opportunities and markets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business goals with execution.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
- Prepare detailed reports, sales forecasts, and performance metrics.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA a plus).
- A knowledge of facility management and cleaning service company is a plus
