Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic negotiations and close high-value deals.
  • Achievement of team and individual revenue/sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Proactive identification of new business opportunities and markets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business goals with execution.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
  • Prepare detailed reports, sales forecasts, and performance metrics.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA a plus).
  • A knowledge of facility management and cleaning service company is a plus
