Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must possess a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of five (5) years of proven experience in a reputable private security company, preferably in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
• Must be a seasoned industrial security practitioner with sound knowledge of security operations, personnel supervision, and client relations.
• Possession of relevant professional security certifications (such as CPP, PSP, CPO, or equivalent) will be a strong advantage.
• Ex-service personnel from the Nigerian Armed Forces, Nigerian Police Force, or Para-military organizations will also be an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
