Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Champion the school’s admission drive,from first contact to enrolment.
  • Identify and engage potential families through calls, referrals, community visits, and school tours.
  • Present the school’s strengths persuasively to parents, addressing their questions and concerns with clarity and empathy.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to turn leads into confirmed admissions.
  • Maintain a detailed and organized follow-up system using CRM tools.
  • Track performance metrics, prepare weekly reports, and share insights for improving conversion rates.
  • Represent the school professionally at education fairs, events, and open days.
  • Build long-term relationships with parents and serve as a reliable point of contact even after enrolment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or any related field.
  • A B.Sc. in Marketing from an A-list institution will be an added advantage.
  • Additional certifications in Sales, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), or Education Marketing are desirable.
  • Minimum of 3 – 5 years’ experience in school sales, educational consulting, or client acquisition in a service-driven sector.
  • Proven record of meeting and exceeding enrolment or sales targets.
  • Confident communicator with excellent presentation and listening skills.
  • Smart, personable, and emotionally intelligent — someone who builds trust quickly.
  • Proactive, well-organized, and able to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Good knowledge of the Lagos private school landscape is an advantage.
