Location: Osengere, Ibadan – Oyo
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure resources are allocated effectively to support academic and scholarship goals.
- Manage day-to-day school operations, both academics and administration.
- Enforce school policies on discipline, attendance, and ethics.
- Ensure the safety, welfare, and holistic development of students both within and outside the classroom.
- Develop mechanisms to monitor scholarship students’ academic performance, conduct, and well-being.
- Provide strategic direction for the school’s academic programmes to ensure high standards in teaching and learning.
- Oversee curriculum implementation in alignment with the Nigerian National Curriculum and international benchmarks where applicable.
- Supervise teachers, set performance standards, and ensure continuous professional development.
- Foster strong relationships with parents, community leaders, and regulatory authorities.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable school culture.
- Implement performance management systems and enforce discipline where necessary
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field (master’s degree in education administration/management is an added advantage).
- At least 3–6 years of progressive teaching and administrative experience.
- Strong knowledge of WAEC, NECO, JAMB, and international exam preparation processes.
- Proven experience managing scholarship or educational support programmes is a strong advantage.
- High integrity, transparency, and commitment to educational equity.
- Experience in managing scholarship or non-profit educational initiatives, leadership and communication skill.
Salary
N100,000 Monthly.
