Our clients are seeking to appoint highly motivated and experienced School Administrator to oversee the smooth running of the school’s administrative operations. The ideal candidate will provide strategic and operational leadership, ensuring that the school functions efficiently in line with its vision of academic excellence and holistic child development.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administrative and operational activities of the school.
• Manage budgets, accounts, and procurement in line with school policies.
• Supervise non-teaching staff and ensure effective human resource management.
• Maintain accurate school records, reports, and regulatory documentation.
• Ensure compliance with government and educational authority regulations.
• Support academic staff with logistics, timetables, and school events.
• Facilitate effective communication between the school, parents, and stakeholders.
• Ensure the safety, maintenance, and security of school facilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education, Business Administration, Management, or a related field (a Master’s degree is an advantage).
• Minimum of 5–7 years’ experience in school administration or a similar leadership role in an educational environment.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian educational regulations and administrative processes.
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in ICT, school management software, and record-keeping.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, resources, and staff effectively.
• High level of integrity, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
