Job description: Job Description:The SAP Quality Review Lead to oversee the quality assurance and review processes for SAP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP systems, quality management, and project delivery. This role involves leading a team of quality analysts, ensuring compliance with best practices, and delivering high-quality SAP solutions that meet business requirements. The SAP Quality Review Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure the successful delivery of SAP projects.Key Responsibilities:1. Quality Assurance Leadership:o Lead and manage the SAP quality review team to ensure the delivery of high-quality SAP solutions.o Define and implement quality assurance processes, standards, and methodologies for SAP projects.2. Quality Review and Testing:o Oversee the planning, execution, and documentation of SAP project quality reviews and testing activities.o Conduct reviews of SAP functional and technical designs, configurations, and custom developments.o Ensure comprehensive test coverage, including unit testing, integration testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).3. Risk and Issue Management:o Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to SAP project delivery.o Track and resolve quality-related issues, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.o Provide regular status updates on quality metrics, risks, and issues to project stakeholders.4. Process Improvement:o Continuously evaluate and improve quality assurance processes and tools.o Implement best practices for SAP quality management and testing.o Promote a quality and continuous improvement culture within the team and organization.5. Stakeholder Collaboration:o Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure alignment on quality objectives.o Facilitate workshops and meetings to review quality deliverables and obtain stakeholder signoffs.o Act as a trusted advisor to project managers and business leaders on quality-related matters.o The QA Lead shall act as the Audit Liaison between the CoE and the Audit Function (Internal & External)6. Team Development:o Mentor and coach team members on quality assurance best practices and SAP expertise.o Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.o Identify training needs and support professional development opportunities.7. Reporting and Documentation:o Prepare and present quality assurance reports, metrics, and dashboards to senior management.o Maintain comprehensive documentation of quality processes, test cases, and results.o Ensure audit readiness and support internal and external audits as needed.Requirements:Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

• A master’s degree is preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum of 05 years of experience in SAP Quality review Lead.

• Sound Knowledge and application of any of the IT Control & Quality Standards such as COSO, COBIT 2019, ISO 27001 Frameworks, etc

• Very Good Knowledge of System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Roles of the QA Lead

• Good understanding of SAP Best Practices

• Test Management & Change Request Handling using tools such as SAP Solution Manager (SolMan)

• Experienced in Problem Investigation, Defect Management & Root Cause Analysis

• Experienced in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) – Ensuring adherence to SAP security and compliance

• Moderate Audit, Control & Quality Standards experience

• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results.

• Proficiency in SAP technologies and tools, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, and SAP Cloud Platforms.

Certifications:

• SAP certifications in relevant modules or solutions (SAP S/4HANA) are highly desirable.

• Certification in any of the following is crucial:

CISSP, CISA, CRISC, CISM, ITILWork Environment:
