Sales Team Lead

Job Summary:

Our Client, an Information and Technology Company is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Team Lead to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.

 As a Sales Team Lead, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth, mentoring team members, and ensuring the team consistently delivers excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  2. Monitor and analyze team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching.
  3. Assist in developing sales strategies and action plans to drive business growth.
  4. Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, share updates, and align on goals.
  5. Identify training needs and support continuous skill development within the team.
  6. Manage day-to-day sales activities, including pipeline management and reporting.
  7. Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure alignment.
  8. Handle escalated client issues and ensure prompt resolution.
  9. Track and report key performance metrics (KPIs) to management.
  10. Support recruitment and onboarding of new sales team members.

Qualifications & Experience:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  2. Proven experience in sales, with at least 4 years of experience in a team lead or supervisory role.
  3. Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  5. Ability to analyze sales metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  6. Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
  7. Target-driven with a passion for sales and customer success.
