Job description:
- We are seeking a proactive and results driven Sales Team Lead to guide and support our sales team toward achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the daily operations of the sales team.
- Set clear team goals, monitor performance, and provide regular coaching and feedback.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Generate sales reports, analyze trends, and identify growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Onboarding and training new sales staff.
- Manage conflict and handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Ensure the team adheres to company policies and sales procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of Sales in a Microfinance bank
- A Bachelor’s degree or HND Holder in relevant field
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
- Ability to generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Must reside within Ikorodu (proximity is key)
