This role is about being nimble, smart, and innovative—supporting operations while enhancing client interactions and contributing to process improvements.What You’ll Do:Sales Operations & Support

• Assist sales teams with lead generation, client follow-ups, and sales documentation.
• Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations that inform smart decision-making.
• Support proposal creation, order processing, and CRM updates to ensure seamless operations.

Client Coordination & Relationship Management * Act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, fostering trust and long-term engagement.

• Communicate professionally and promptly with international clients.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and optimize sales interactions.

Process Optimization & Reporting * Keep CRM data accurate and up-to-date for real-time insights.

• Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics.
• Recommend innovative solutions to improve efficiency and workflow.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills with a talent for building client trust
• Ability to think quickly, adapt, and find smart solutions under pressure.
• Organized multitasker with an eye for detail and process improvement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Analytical mindset with curiosity to innovate and improve.
