Salary Range: ₦150,000 – ₦300,000 per month

Job Summary:
Candidates with strong experience in Modern Trade channels, particularly in supermarkets and retail chains, and a background in cosmetics and FMCG products are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase sales and market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, supermarkets, and retail partners.
• Drive sales through Modern Trade channels and ensure consistent product visibility across outlets.
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor product performance and gather customer feedback.
• Promote and present company products to potential clients and partners.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare and submit timely sales reports and market intelligence updates.
• Collaborate with marketing and production teams to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2–5 years proven experience in sales within the FMCG or manufacturing industry.
• Demonstrated experience managing Modern Trade accounts (supermarkets, retail chains, etc.).
• Experience in cosmetics or related FMCG sales will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and distribution channels.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sales growth.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and basic reporting.
• B.Sc./HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
