Sales Representative – Feedmill
Job Summary
- A feed Manufacturing Company is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Representative with a strong background in poultry feed sales.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our market share within the poultry farming sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell poultry feed products to existing and potential customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales volume.
- Conduct farm visits, product presentations, and demonstrations to poultry farmers.
- Provide technical advice and after-sales support to customers to ensure product satisfaction.
- Achieve sales targets and report on sales performance to management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide insights.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification:OND/HND/B.Sc. in Agriculture, Animal Science, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in poultry feed sales or agribusiness (minimum of 2–3 years).
- Strong knowledge of poultry nutrition and feed formulation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field visits and customer engagement.
