Job Summary
- The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Growth:
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide solutions.
Product Knowledge:
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products/services.
- Effectively communicate product features and benefits.
Prospecting:
- Identify and engage with potential customers.
- Qualify leads and prioritize sales opportunities.
Sales Reporting:
- Accurately track and report sales performance.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and updates.
Requirements
- B.Sc Degree / HND qualification in Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in Real Estate / Construction / Coatings.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
