Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating the purchase and sale of properties, providing guidance to clients, and ensuring smooth transactions.
- This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the real estate market, and a passion for helping people find their dream homes or make sound investment decisions.
Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, preferences, and financial capabilities.
- Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the buying or selling process.
- Act as a trusted advisor, offering expert advice on market conditions, property values, and negotiation strategies.
Property Sales and Marketing:
- Market and advertise properties through various channels, including online listings, social media, and networking.
- Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase property features and benefits.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract potential buyers and close deals.
Negotiation and Closing:
- Negotiate offers and counteroffers between buyers and sellers to reach mutually agreeable terms.
- Prepare and review contracts, purchase agreements, and other necessary documentation.
- Coordinate with attorneys, lenders, and other parties to ensure smooth and timely closings.
Market Knowledge and Business Development:
- Stay up-to-date on local market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
- Attend industry events and participate in professional development activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field with 2 – 3 years work experience.
- Proven experience in real estate sales is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of the local real estate market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other real estate technology.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Knowledge of real estate financing options and the mortgage process.
Remuneration
- Salary: N100,000 monthly.
- Commission on every closed deal.
