Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating the purchase and sale of properties, providing guidance to clients, and ensuring smooth transactions.
  • This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the real estate market, and a passion for helping people find their dream homes or make sound investment decisions.

Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, preferences, and financial capabilities.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the buying or selling process.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering expert advice on market conditions, property values, and negotiation strategies.

Property Sales and Marketing:

  • Market and advertise properties through various channels, including online listings, social media, and networking.
  • Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase property features and benefits.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract potential buyers and close deals.

Negotiation and Closing:

  • Negotiate offers and counteroffers between buyers and sellers to reach mutually agreeable terms.
  • Prepare and review contracts, purchase agreements, and other necessary documentation.
  • Coordinate with attorneys, lenders, and other parties to ensure smooth and timely closings.

Market Knowledge and Business Development:

  • Stay up-to-date on local market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
  • Attend industry events and participate in professional development activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field with 2 – 3 years work experience.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the local real estate market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other real estate technology.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Knowledge of real estate financing options and the mortgage process.

Remuneration

  • Salary: N100,000 monthly.
  • Commission on every closed deal.
