Description

  • We are looking for a Sales & Partnerships Manager to join our team and lead efforts in building and managing strategic partnerships that drive growth, open new opportunities, and strengthen our impact.
  • This role is ideal for a proactive, relationship-driven professional who thrives in business development, stakeholder engagement, and negotiations at the highest levels.

What You’ll Do

  • Working with external partners to develop new business opportunities in existing markets or developing new markets for our products and services.
  • Identifying potential partners based on business needs, goals, and current partnerships.
  • Negotiating terms of partnership agreements to ensure that both parties are meeting their obligations and benefitting from the relationship.
  • Managing existing strategic partnerships with UBEC, ICDL, SUBEB, SUPEC, and the Federal Ministry of Education by developing new ideas for collaboration, monitoring performance, and resolving conflicts.
  • Develop marketing strategies and tactics to promote partnership to clients and other stakeholders.
  • Establishing new business relationships with potential partners of TINDIP, IDEAS project, Codefunky, Exam Padi, e.t.c. to create mutually beneficial arrangements.
  • Developing and managing long-term relationships with partners to increase sales opportunities and client loyalty.
  • Using data analysis and market research to identify opportunities for new partnerships.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned partnership opportunities, managing communication and expectations throughout the process
  • Negotiate and draft partnership agreements, ensuring that all legal and financial terms are favorable to the company.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and news, sharing insights with internal stakeholders as appropriate.
  • Attend relevant conferences and networking events to generate new leads and cultivate relationships.
  • Prepare detailed reports documenting all aspects of the partnership development process.

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven track record in business development and partnerships (min. 5years).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong commercial awareness and market research ability.
