Role Summary
- Are you driven, fearless, and passionate about sales? We’re looking for a high-energy Sales Professional to help propel Cola Solar into its next phase of growth.

- As a Sales Officer, you will play a key role in promoting our products/services, identifying new business opportunities, building customer relationships, and driving revenue.
- This is a performance-based role with a competitive basic salary plus commission, and it offers multiple opportunities for career advancement within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and secure new clients for the company.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and client follow-ups.
- Provide timely feedback and market intelligence to management.
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times.
Requirements
- BSc / OND / HND qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory) with 3 years experience.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer relations within the Renewable Energy Sector is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with clients.
- Must be a resident within Benin for minimum of 1 year.
