Role Summary

  • As a Sales Officer, you will play a key role in promoting our products/services, identifying new business opportunities, building customer relationships, and driving revenue.
  • This is a performance-based role with a competitive basic salary plus commission, and it offers multiple opportunities for career advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new clients for the company.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and client follow-ups.
  • Provide timely feedback and market intelligence to management.
  • Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times.

Requirements

  • BSc / OND / HND qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory) with 3 years experience.
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer relations within the Renewable Energy Sector is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with clients.
  • Must be a resident within Benin for minimum of 1 year.
