Job Description

• We are looking for highly motivated and results-driven sales personnel to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting, securing, and maintaining new business, as well as developing and managing relationships with existing clients.
• The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a sales plan to meet or exceed established sales targets.
• Prospect for new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other lead-generation activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers through regular follow-up and communication.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations of our products and services to potential and existing clients.
• Negotiate and close deals with new and existing customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and competition to identify new sales opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum of a First Class, Second Class Upper, or an HND with an Upper Credit with a minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a similar role, a university degree from a reputable institution with proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Excellent knowledge of Sales and Marketing Strategies
• Fast learner with and passion for sales
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
