About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious Sales & Marketing Lead to accelerate growth and strengthen our presence in the renewable energy sector. This mid-level role will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, expanding market reach, and leading marketing initiatives that position our company as a trusted provider of clean energy solutions.

The ideal candidate will bring a blend of business development expertise, marketing acumen, and passion for sustainability, with a proven ability to build relationships and deliver results in a dynamic, fast-growing industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new clients, partnerships, and project opportunities across corporate, government, and community sectors.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, ensuring consistent lead generation and conversion.
  • Lead marketing initiatives that highlight our solar, wind, and clean energy offerings.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to anticipate industry trends and inform strategy.
  • Cultivate long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, performance dashboards, and ROI reports for management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 3-4 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing, ideally within renewable energy, power, utilities, or sustainability sectors.
  • Strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • In-depth understanding of renewable energy solutions, market dynamics, and client needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, digital marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and passionate about driving the energy transition.
