Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Overview:

The Sales & Marketing Manager at the Lekki Branch is responsible for developing and executing strategies to generate revenue, build strategic partnerships, and enhance the visibility of the hospital in the Lekki axis and its environs. This role reports directly to the CMD and GM and carries the full responsibility for meeting the branch’s monthly revenue target of ₦70 million. The ideal candidate must be result-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing relationships across corporate, community, and individual client levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Generation
    • Drive initiatives to achieve the ₦70 million monthly revenue target.
    • Identify and close deals with HMOs, corporate organizations, schools, embassies, religious institutions, and other strategic clients.
    • Monitor sales pipelines and actively follow up on leads and opportunities.
  2. Marketing & Outreach Campaigns
    • Develop and execute location-specific marketing strategies tailored to the Lekki demographic.
    • Oversee online and offline marketing efforts, including digital campaigns, community engagement, and health fairs.
    • Ensure visibility and brand positioning through creative campaigns and consistent messaging.
  3. Client Relationship & Account Management
    • Build and sustain strong relationships with clients and corporate partners.
    • Ensure excellent client experience through prompt communication and problem resolution.
    • Organize client feedback sessions and implement retention strategies.
  4. Branch-Level Branding & Representation
    • Represent the Lekki Branch at community events, corporate forums, and outreach programs.
    • Position the branch as a preferred healthcare provider in the Lekki and Ajah axis.
  5. Reporting & Communication
    • Provide weekly and monthly reports directly to the CMD and GM.
    • Present data on revenue performance, campaign outcomes, client feedback, and competitor activity.
  6. Collaboration & Team Coordination
    • Coordinate with internal departments (clinical, billing, operations, etc.) to ensure smooth service delivery.
    • Support the training and oversight of junior sales/marketing officers if applicable.

Note: Other tasks may be added by the organization.

Key Performance Indicator (KPIs)

  1. Revenue Target Performance
    • Monthly achievement of ₦70 million revenue target.
    • Percentage contribution to branch’s total monthly earnings.
  2. Lead Generation & Follow-Through
    • Number of qualified leads generated.
    • Conversion rate from lead to paying client.
  3. Client Acquisition & Retention
    • Number of new clients/corporate partnerships secured monthly.
    • Client retention rate and volume of repeat business.
  4. Campaign Reach & Engagement
    • Number of outreach events/campaigns executed per month.
    • Online and offline engagement metrics (clicks, calls, inquiries, follow-ups).
  5. Referral Pipeline
    • Number of active referral partnerships created (e.g., clinics, fitness centers, spas, HMOs).
    • Revenue generated through referrals.
  6. Customer Satisfaction
    • Client feedback scores (via surveys or reviews).
    • Response time and issue resolution rate.
  7. Reporting Accuracy & Timeliness
    • Timely submission of detailed weekly/monthly reports to CMD and GM.
    • Use of data to recommend improvements or address gaps.
  8. Brand Representation
    • Number of external events attended/sponsored monthly.
    • Local brand presence (media mentions, partnerships, community visibility).
