Job Summary
- We are currently seeking to hire an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager – Corporate / Project Sales to lead the sales team to new heights.
- The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through effective leadership, strategic planning, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Good communication skill
- Knowledge of nigeria building market products.
- Product knowledge & competitor information.
- Sales reporting & forecasting.
- Good exposure to all top real estate project companies in nigeria.
- Negotiation & persuasion skill.
- Ability to understand & communicate product details effectively.
- Knowledge of nigeria building market products.
- Planning reporting & coordination with sales team.
- Good knowledge of dealers from the industry.
- Attend trade shows & visit project sites.
- Complete sale targets.
Requirements
Qualification / Skills required to fill this role:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marking or related field, Master’s Degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 – 10 years of sales experience.
- Must have experience as a sales manager in the Tiles industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have persuasive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have the ability to drive new business by signing up new clients.
Salary
N600,000 monthly.
