Responsibilities
- Sales strategy and execution: Develop and implement sales strategies, set sales targets and quotas, and identify new business opportunities.
- Team leadership: Recruit, hire, train, and mentor sales representatives, conduct regular performance reviews, and motivate the team to meet goals.
- Performance management: Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, track progress against targets, and prepare reports for senior management.
- Client and relationship management: Manage key customer accounts, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues.
