Job Description

  • We are hiring Sales Manager who will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing the sales team, and building strong customer relationships.
  • The role involves overseeing B2B and B2C sales channels, expanding market share, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the furniture manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
  • Manage and supervise the sales team, setting performance goals and monitoring results.
  • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients (corporate, retail, distributors).
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, contractors, architects, and interior designers.
  • Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients while ensuring profitability.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.
  • Train, coach, and mentor the sales team to enhance performance and professional growth.
  • Develop promotional strategies and work closely with the marketing team to generate leads.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and industry regulations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role (preferably in manufacturing, furniture, construction, or FMCG).
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles, negotiation techniques, and customer relationship management.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales reporting tools.

Salary
N400,000 / month.
